We Apologize Sincerely For The Lack Of Posts Lately.
John Legend Featuring Three Stacks(Andre 3000 For Anyone Who's Retarded) - Green Light
SixShot.com: Whom did you work with on your new album?
Joe Budden: There are no features on Padded Room; it’s all “Joe Budden.” As far as the production goes, everything is in-house. They did the bulk of the album, and it’s dope.
SixShot.com: Was that a conscious decision on your part to go the whole album alone with no features?
Joe Budden: That’s just how I wanted to do it. That’s how I’ve been recording, and I didn’t want to change that.
SixShot.com: So what were the deciding factors that made you go with Amalgam Digital for the release of Padded Room?
Joe Budden: I went with Amalgam [Digital] because we were doing something new and something different. Amalgam is breaking new ground, and I always want to be a part of something that’s breaking new ground. And that’s why I chose to go with them.
SixShot.com: It’s been five years since you last put out an official studio album, so how do you feel towards the release of this one?
Joe Budden: I feel good because I still put out a lot of music back in February of this year; you know what I’m saying? So I don’t feel any pressure or anything like that, because I still had been putting out music.
SixShot.com: Did you have any material from “The Growth” album that was never released and if so, did you use some of it when you made Padded Room?
Joe Budden: Nah, I didn’t use none of that stuff at all, the Padded Room is all new music. But I think everything that was on that album [The Growth] has already been released online, through mixtapes, or some other form of outlet. But on the Padded Room, I went with all new music.

With the arrival of The Blueprint III still on the way,
We still ride down memory lane of Jay-Z road.
The album I display to you is an experiment between one of the best, if not the best, pre-retirement albums from one of the best rappers mixed with beats thrived from samples of The Beatles from one of the best producers.
This mixture gives a re-creation of a great album called "The Black Album" to give you "The Grey Album".

No my fellow blog lookers,
The blog title wasn't a typo or e-bonics for New Jersey,
It's a new track from your friendly neighborhood snowman featuring Mr. Esco himself, Nas.
The song is dedicated to no other than Mr. Obama and has been building alot of hype around the web lately.
From what I've been hearing from cuts of "The Recession",
I think Mr. Jeezy Hamilton may have a monster on his hands.
Nuff Said.
IGN: How well could you relate to this given your experiences in the music industry?
Ludacris: Yeah, I had experience in the music industry, but I had to flip it and be on the other end – the management side. So it was cool; I always like taking on roles that people don't expect me to do and keep people guessing, so versatility is extremely important – that I don't get typecast and continue to do different roles.
IGN: Have you reached a point where people actively offer roles that they think you would be well-suited to do? Or are you still pursuing jobs?
Ludacris: Man, it's a little bit of both. People offer me stuff and I go in and I read for different parts because I don't know my own limitations. I don't feel like I have any, so I will continue to try and switch it up.
IGN: Are you trying to transition into a long-term acting career?
Ludacris: Eventually, yeah. I still love music and I've been doing music my whole entire life, but I'm gradually slipping into the acting game.

During the Ozone Awards/TJs DJs Conference weekend, Big Boi invited press and others to an exclusive listening session for his upcoming Sir Lucious Left Foot album. Sponsored by Ciroc and Crunk Juice, the listening session took place at a suite in the Hilton Americas in Houston TX. As attendees filled the room, Big Boi made his way through the crowd to host the festivities.
Once some sound issues were handled, Big Boi introduced the album and played it in full (but in random order) for the jam packed room. Showing southern unity, Core DJs founder Tony Neal, Greg Street, Bun B and Big Boi’s former rival Killer Mike entered the room and exchanged pleasantries. Most noted was Killer Mike as some were curious whether or not the peace between the two was manufactured. That notion was put to rest as the two smiled and were clearly happy to be friends again.
The album will feature production from Organized Noise and Jay Beats as well a healthy helping of guests. George Clinton and Too Short join Big Boi on “For Your Sorrows,” Raekwon and Andre 3000 appear on “Royal Flush” and Mary J Blige pops in for the lead single “Something’s Gotta Give.” The song that floored those in attendance was “Tambourine” which features T.I. and Big Boi trading rhymes over a bass heavy production. Other songs include “Back Up Plan,” “Sir Lucious Left Foot Saves The Day,” “Terrified,” “Daddy Fat Sacks” and “Dubs” featuring Backbone.
Afterwards, Big Boi mentioned that the album was looking towards a late October release date and also said an Andre 3000 album was coming soon. But the most important statement was this:
“After Three Stacks and Myself get done with these two projects, we hitting the dungeon for another Outkast album so get ready.”

Sixshot.Com: What’s good man?
Wale: Everything is good man, how are you?
Sixshot.Com: I’m good bro. Let me ask you, the last time we spoke you weren’t signed to Interscope yet. I’m sure every label out there had offers on the table. Why did you decide to go with Interscope?
Wale: It’s the home to a lot of great artists like Game and 50 Cent. Everybody is the best at what they do, even Soulja Boy to an extent. They put a lot into pushing their artists. And Jimmy Iovine is one of the best in the business.
Sixshot.Com: Now a lot of people regard you as a Kanye West type rapper but I really don’t hear that in your music. What do you think?
Wale: Well why do you say that. What do you think? What do you think is different?
Sixshot.Com: Well I think the content is completely different and I consider you a true MC. I think Kanye is a good rapper because he’s a great musician.
Wale: (Laughs) Well thanks man, I appreciate that. I think it’s a visual thing that gets the people confused and makes them see similarities in Kanye and me. I’m into the Louis Vuitton and all that. I’m into high fashion. A lot of rappers just throw on seven million chains and all that. I grew up on Biggie and Jay. Kanye is a little older. I think he’s like 32 or 33. I think I just represent a more youthful type of thing. I’m not the type to try and portray this gangster image or this kingpin image and neither does Kanye so I think that’s where the comparisons come from.
Sixshot.Com: What should the fans be checking for Wale?
Wale: Mixtape coming soon. Album coming soon. And just keep you’re eyes on Wale. Wale always coming. (Laughs)

Kanye West "Champion Video" Official Directed by NEON from nabil elderkin on Vimeo.
You can never, ever ever ever, go wrong with a Kanye Puppet.
He's from Detroit and is getting alot of buzz from heads in the industry.
Pretty good artist and should be hell in the future.
Word is that..
He got signed onto Kanye's label by catching Kanye coming outside of a building and spitting to him as many bars as he could.
Kanye then said, and I quote:
"That was hot. I'm signing you to my label."
