The 2nd annual "Rick Ross Be Out Day" was interrupted by gunfire yesterday. The event is an outdoor celebration where Rick hands out food, school supplies and encourages people to get registered to vote.

It was reported that the entire event was peaceful and positive until Ross took the stage. As soon as he did, someone fired a gun.
